Meet the Heart Behind The Nidra Society

  • With a background in Accounting and Finance, an MBA, and 15 years as a certified yoga teacher, my life took a transformative turn when I became a mother. Motherhood brought immense joy but also left me feeling out of balance, exhausted, and craving time for myself. Teaching my daughters to sleep well was a game-changer for our family, and I know it can be for yours too. But I learned that this process thrives on mindfulness—babies are so attuned to our emotions, and they respond to our calm and presence.

  • As a certified sleep consultant, yoga and meditation teacher, and conscious parenting coach, I’ve made it my mission to guide families like yours to rediscover the joy of restful sleep. Every baby is unique, and so are their parents, which is why I blend mindfulness, conscious parenting principles, and gentle, science-backed sleep training to create personalized solutions that nurture better rest and brighter days.
