At The Nidra Society, we help families get better sleep. We take your privacy seriously—especially when it involves your baby. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your and your child’s personal information.We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

1. Information We CollectWe collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: Name, email, phone, address

• Customer Records: Billing info, payment method (if paid services)

• Commercial Information: Services purchased, sleep plan details

• Internet/Network Activity: IP address, browser type, pages visited

• Geolocation Data: General location from IP

• Health Information (Inferred): Sleep patterns, feeding habits, reflux, allergies

• Sensitive Personal Information: Child’s name, age, health-related sleep data

• Audio/Visual Information: Photos or videos of crib or sleep space (only with consent)

We do not collect Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or genetic data.

We use your information to:

• Provide personalized sleep plans

• Schedule consultations and send reminders

• Follow up on progress via email, text, or WhatsApp

• Improve our services and training

• Send educational tips (only with your opt-in)

• Share anonymized success stories (no names)

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.We may share with:

• Secure tools (Calendly, Google Workspace, Stripe) for scheduling, storage, and payment

We keep your data only as long as needed:

• Active clients: 2 years after last interaction

• Former clients: 1 year after final follow-up

• Payment records: 7 years (for tax compliance)
